Buying Agreement
The general terms of the contract include the following construction/drafts schedule with 2 possible payment plans:
- a. The purchase and the choice of the Lot are effective at the signature of a contract between the investor and Be&Be Invest Co, Ltd.
- b. 30% of the house amount down payment to start the construction
- c. 30% of the house amount after realization of the foundations and the frame structure work, with evidence provided by Be&Be Invest Co, Ltd
- d. 15% of the house amount after the inside completion, with evidence provided by Be&Be Invest Co, Ltd
- e. 15% of the house amount after completion of the swimming pool, and landscaping, with evidence provided by Be&Be Invest Co, Ltd
- f. 10% remaining balance due at remittance of the keys and title documents.
- a. The purchase and the choice of the Lot are effective at the signature of a contract between the investor and Be&Be Invest Co, Ltd.
- b. 30% of the house amount down payment to start the construction
- c. 45% of the total amount after realization of the foundations and the frame structure work, including one week vacation for two people at the hotel Belinda Beach (or in the Nature Bungalows according to the hotel opening schedule) offered by Be&Be Invest Co, Ltd The buyer and his guest are invited to visit the evolution of his building site at the period of his choice.
- d. 15% of the house amount after the inside completion, the completion of the swimming pool, and landscaping with evidence provided by Be&Be Invest Co, Ltd
- e. 10% remaining balance due at remittance of the keys and title documents.
