Resort Infrastructure
On a secluded and secured domain, the “Belinda Beach Resort” proposes 4 different housing concepts:
A central infrastructure including a main building with the administrative and logistic services, a main restaurant with panoramic view on three horizons and of small buildings surrounding a village square with swimming pools and terraces, each building sheltering at ground floor level, shops (bars, massages, stores,…) and on the upper floors about sixty rooms.
About Forty rooms are available in 2-3 rooms cottages, spread and sloping down on the east side of the hill to the white sandy beach.
About 20 houses north of the hotel are reserved for private investors enabling them to rent out their properties through our “Property Management” department. These houses fully equipped for a comfortable living, each with private pools are secluded and surrounded by a fully landscaped park area. People residing in these houses will benefit from the whole infrastructure and all the services of the “Belinda Beach Resort”.
A more casual, more nature and family oriented, “Village” of 12 bungalow units. Less luxurious and cheaper, this “Village” brings more privacy to families with teenagers and their friends, giving the adolescents more freedom.
