Location
Koh Sdach, Kirisakor district, Koh Kong province.
This real estate investment falls under a project of eco-tourism in the logic of current development of the tourism sector in Cambodia.
The land surface of 30 acres (12 hectares) covers the all southern tip of the island of the King, located 1h30 by fast boat from the North of Sihanoukville or at 4 hours by road to the South-west of Phnom Penh or less than one hour to Phnom Penh airports, Siem Reap or Sihanoukville with a private aircraft landing on the continent across the island or by private helicopter directly in the heart of the resort. As opposed to all deserted Cambodian islands, the island of the King of a surface of approximately 1,2 km ², in the center of an archipelago of 7 islands and to 2 kms of the coast, shelters a village of fishermen, with an authentic and accessible character. The village shelters a thousand of native families and a temple of buddhist monks. Its location in the center of the archipelago gets an unspoiled view over the surrounding islands which insure the absence of monotony of a uniform horizon. The project envisions collaboration with the village for walks, visits of a macaques reserve on the other side of the island and the development of a shopping center.
The tip of the island which shelters “Belinda Beach Resort” is a hill located full south which culminates at about 50 meters above sea level on a central peak which slopes down on 3 sides towards white sandy beaches.
